Wire Straightening and Cutoff Machines - are a specialty for Pilot. We have designed and manufactured dozens of these kinds of machines to meet specific needs.
Small Part Assembly System - used for cutting and placing .008 thick Teflon washer over .016" diameter wire shank of Tantalum Capacitor slug.
Automatic Roll Crimping System - for assembling coaxial cable connectors.
Automatic Riveting System - for assembling a circular spring to a solenoid armature.
20-Ton Dial-Fed Staking Press - used to assemble automobile window regulars.
Automatic Spin-Riveting System - for assembling of a shoulder rivet in an auto door latch stamping.
